The first shipment of the package and equipment arrived and was unloaded, however the second shipment had complications. We managed to recover the package before the plane caught fire, but most of the equipment was lost.
We'll keep the packages separate and rotating warehouses till you need it collected. May want to schedule an inspection to ensure it wasn't damaged in the accident.
