Situation
The follow on operation to our initial deployment was a complete success. All known warehouses targeted were secured and dealt with appropriately. Black Bear's main hub is in complete disarray, with a significant amount of logistical vehicles and mountains of supplies destroyed, effectively crippling their operations. Only one warehouse was fully emptied, which based on recovered intel we believe was due to the importance of an unknown package in their possession.
During the recent operation a Novograd military plane was shot down over Bolshevik Island. Its flight plan and mission are unknown at this time, it is suspected that it was a reconnaissance mission however Novograd refuses to comment on ongoing operations. It is clear that Whitewater has gained full control of the island and fortified the island to such a degree that any air assets should avoid it. Talks between Novograd and the UK government agreed to jointly restrict and monitor the airspace going forward in preparation for Strategic Command to handle the situation.
In the middle of night, a cargo ship named ‘MV Kuzma Minin’ en route to Zelenomorsk port within Novograd was targeted by Black Bear raiders. What is strange from previous piracy attempts, they deployed a significant number of boats to raid it either some last ditch effort to keep their operations afloat or for some unknown reason we aren’t yet aware of. We know from Novograd cooperation that they are expecting multiple weapon shipments from the MV Kuzma Minin cargo ship, the exact contents of which was not disclosed. This could be an attempt to secure more weaponry due to Whitewaters inability to bring in more resources.
Acknowledgements
Airspace and territorial waters of Novograd (North West) MUST NOT be infringed, while intervention in the region has been agreed, access to their territory has been a point of contention.
The airfield and 3 islands to the far west, known to be fortified and secured by Whitewater, should be AVOIDED by all air assets.

Intent & Tasking(s)
The following taskings has 3 major aspects. The first is to immediately deploy to prevent Black Bear looting MV Kuzma Minin before they locate the containers with Novograd military equipment inside. Secondary aspects are to rescue the hostages on both the MV Kuzma Minin and Eastside docks while also gathering intelligence regarding the headquarters location of the Black Bear Raiders operating on Utes.

A cargo ship named ‘MV Kuzma Minin’ heading for Novograd’s main port in Zelenomorsk was targeted and raided during the night, during which they managed to get a mayday off. Intel suggests that in an attempt to dock the ship with Eastside port it ran aground on a small island to the south of Utes. Tasking is to secure the cargo ship, preventing black bear from locating and removing the military equipment onboard, rescue and provide medical to any captured crew and search for intel regarding the location of their headquarters on Utes
After Black Bear raided the MV Kuzma Minin cargo ship during the night, dock workers unhappy about assisting with unloading of it refused to cooperate. Multiple workers abandoned the port but a few of the higher ups remained to keep an eye on things and have since been detained and kept out of the way, believed to be kept on the second floor of the abandoned dock offices. There is no credible threat to their lives, just advise caution when conducting the following tasking to secure the port and when breaching the building they are located in.
Final tasking is to search the cargo ship and Eastside port regarding intel on the whereabouts of the Black Bear headquarters. Intelligence and analysis suggest it is on Utes but its specific location is unknown. Once found, it will be marked as OBJ Eros on relevant maps.
