Situation

Intelligence gathered from 40 Command's recent raids on two Pac Raiders' cache sites has proven invaluable, despite yielding minimal supplies. A recovered laptop indicates the group had advance knowledge of our deployment and had initiated a withdrawal of assets and safe houses near the airfield. A critical breakthrough came from a mobile phone recovered at the farmhouse location. Text messages revealed the existence of a compromised factory in the vicinity, where the owner had been taken captive. The hostiles have been exploiting the owner's business credentials and established reputation to circumvent NDC checkpoint inspections, facilitating undetected movement of supplies between their stockpiles.

The factory owner was forcibly abducted from his farmhouse during his off-hours and compelled to clear the factory of workers. While being held at his farmhouse before transport, he witnessed the hostiles offloading metal barrels, plastic containers and weapons. The strategic value of his properties is clear - the farmhouse's secluded location provides surveillance opportunities of FOB Ellis, while his factory's truck fleet offers logistics capabilities. The timing and location suggest deliberate targeting, with the BV potentially using these assets either for intelligence gathering on our operations or as a staging ground for an attack on the FOB.

Network data analysis from NDC indicates suspicious spikes in cellular communications. This surge could indicate two scenarios: Either PR and BV elements are frantically coordinating through alternative channels in response to our presence, or we're witnessing preliminary communications preceding an orchestrated attack against NDC, government installations, or UK military forces.
