We used the new Strontium-90 RTG core which should allow it to charge up when the compound loses power however while the full range of an operational device is 10KM we have been unable to fully repair it back to that functionality, the most we theorise this repaired device can do is 1KM (10% effectiveness).

Strontium-90 (Sr-90) is a soft metal that emits Beta radiation as it decays, and exposure to it can cause bone cancer and eye burns.
Intel suggests Sr-90 is used as a source of radioisotope thermoelectric generator (RTG). The enemy forces may seek utilising Sr-90 in other applications to create aforementioned effects.

We can now confirm that Dimitri Volkov is in possession of CBRN capable devices. He is willing and able to deploy such devices to further his goals. Including sacrificing his own people, to the affects, proven by the EMP trap that destroyed friendly forces' and civil electronics.
We can confirm there is at least one CBRN capable device remaining in the AO, likely also designated as an EMP weapon. It is currently in transit to a unknown storage location somewhere to the north.
It is uncovered that Dimitri Volkov is utilising CBRN devices and is not short of sacrificing his own people, which is proven with the EMP trap that have destroyed friendly forces' electronics and it must have been the same for civil ones.
